Final Steps + Q&A (Close the Call)
The goal of the call is simple: align on the MVP path, pick the investment option, and lock kickoff.
Once we start, momentum is protected. You’ll see weekly demos, a real product come to life fast, and the Growth Pack
will be ready to deploy so your launch isn’t a scramble.

What We’ll Finalize on the Call
1) MVP Scope Lock
We confirm what “done” means so we can ship fast without scope drift.
- Core loop features
- Approval + trust gates
- Billing + tiers for MVP
2) Investment Path
Pick the plan (and alignment) that keeps momentum high.
- Paid in full (best value)
- 2-pay standard
- 3-pay extended
3) Launch Target
We choose the first user cohort and the fastest path to adoption.
- First 10–25 users
- Waitlist / lead magnet
- Trial → conversion plan
Best-case outcome: we end the call with a clear “yes,” a kickoff date, and a launch plan you can actually execute.
Next Steps After the Call
This is the exact execution sequence. No ambiguity.
1
Same-day decision
Confirm the plan on the call. If you decide same-day, the Done‑For‑You Growth Pack is included.
2
Build agreement sent
I send the build agreement covering scope, timeline, payment schedule, IP, change policy, and equity terms.
3
Payment + kickoff scheduled
Kickoff is scheduled as soon as the first payment clears (or paid-in-full is received).
4
Onboarding (48 hours)
You complete a short onboarding form. We collect brand basics and define success metrics for the MVP.
5
Week 1 execution begins
We start building immediately. You get a weekly demo + a short decision list. Everything else stays async.
Why this is exciting: you’re not “funding an idea.” You’re buying a short timeline to a real, shippable product
plus a growth system that helps it actually get users.
Onboarding Checklist (What We Need From You)
Access & assets
- Domain + preferred brand name
- Basic logo (optional) + colors (we can start without)
- Stripe account or plan to set one up
- Email sending domain (or we provide steps)
Clarity inputs
- Who the “ideal mom” is (1–2 profiles)
- Top 5 recurring daily pain points
- Your “non-negotiables” (trust, privacy, tone)
- 1 mom user/week for feedback (big leverage)
Fastest path to success: one ideal user interview per week + quick decisions.
That’s how we compress months into weeks.
Q&A (Common Close Questions)
“What exactly happens after I pay?”
You receive the kickoff packet + onboarding form. We schedule kickoff. Week 1 focuses on foundations and the core product loop.
You’ll see weekly demos. At each demo you get a short decision list — no long meetings.
“How do you prevent scope creep?”
We lock MVP scope and define acceptance criteria. Anything outside that goes into a post‑MVP backlog.
This protects shipping speed and keeps the product coherent.
“What if the MVP needs changes?”
Bug fixes and polish are included. If we discover something that changes the data flow or adds a new feature, it’s treated as a scoped change.
The goal is: ship, learn from real users, then expand.
“Who owns the code and assets?”
You own the product IP and codebase under the build agreement. Equity alignment is handled separately as an ownership stake.
(Final terms are clarified in the agreement.)
“How do we get our first users?”
The Done‑For‑You Growth Pack creates the whole go‑to‑market system: landing pages, onboarding emails, trial conversion,
UGC scripts, and a roadmap for 0→100→1,000→5,000+. We don’t “launch and pray.” We launch with a system.
“What do you need from me to keep the timeline fast?”
Two things: (1) quick decisions on the weekly decision list, and (2) access to 1 ideal user per week for feedback.
That’s the leverage that replaces months of guesswork.
Close framing: This is designed to be simple: decide on the call → agreement → kickoff → weekly demos → launch.
The only real risk is waiting.
